Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
This 8 week course can benefit anyone who is interested in reducing stress, anyone struggling with chronic pain, illness, anxiety or mild depression, or anyone who is simply interested in practicing a more peaceful and balanced way of living. No prior experience needed.
In this course we invite you to learn how to bring intentional, non-judgemental and kind awareness - creating space for skilful and wise responses. This structured 9 week course is guided by both certified teachers and consists of weekly group meetings, a full-day retreat with guided recordings, home practices and individual sessions; exploring a variety of meditation, yoga and body awareness practices, group discussions and presented teachings.
