Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

This 8 week course has proven effectiveness in preventing depressive relapse and supporting recovery maintenance - especially for people who have had three or more previous depressive episodes.

During this course we invite you to learn how to disentangle depressive mental knots and reinforce supportive processes to aid your recovery from depression and prevent relapse. We explore these resources through a combination of mindfulness practice and cognitive interventions. These practices have been specifically developed to skilfully work with the underlying mechanisms of minds prone to depression.
