What does it involve?
Join us for a morning of practice every second Saturday of the month in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Bring your meditation cushion / bench, yoga mat, comfy blanket, water and a friend.
Who is invited?
Anyone who is interested - no prior experience needed.

What does it involve?
This course invites you to learn how to bring intentional, non-judgemental and kind awareness - creating space for skilful and wise responses. This structured 8 week course is guided by both certified teachers and consists of weekly group meetings, a full-day retreat, home practices and individual sessions; exploring a variety of meditation, yoga and body awareness practices, group discussions and presented teachings.
Who is invited?
This course can benefit anyone who is interested in reducing stress (personally or professionally), is struggling with chronic pain or illness, anxiety or mild depression, or anyone who is simply interested in practicing a more peaceful and balanced way of living. No prior experience needed.
My investment?
R 5 500.00 per person (in person course). Please ask us about partial medical aid reimbursements.
